              Il s'agit d'une occasion unique d'apporter une réelle contribution à la vie des jeunes et de la communauté. L’école a commencé en 1985. Depuis lors, le personnel a jeté de grandes fondations. Cependant, les deux institutions (Maternelle et Primaire) doivent encore améliorer leurs investissements, leurs réalisations infrastructurelles et augmenter leur nombre d'apprenants. Le nouvel économe se joindra à un moment charnière du parcours de l'institution vers l'expansion, la stabilité et le succès.

              Les deux institutions sont définies par une aspiration sans compromis pour ses apprenants. Nous recherchons un/une économe exceptionnel avec une expérience avérée dans la gestion et la manipulation de l'argent, combinée à des compétences et du talent pour nous mener vers le succès futur. Le candidat retenu sera très motivé, croira au potentiel de chaque enfant, aura de grandes compétences interpersonnelles, de l'ambition et la personnalité nécessaires pour diriger une école exceptionnelle dans un domaine où les besoins sont importants. Ils/elles partageront la philosophie de Royal et se consacreront à la réussite scolaire et parascolaire de tous leurs apprenants.

              Il s'agit d'un rôle stimulant et exigeant, mais qui sera extrêmement gratifiant. L'économe nouvellement nommé s'efforcera d'augmenter la réalisation des investissements financiers à hauteur de 100 % des objectifs fixés.

              Relève de : Le Fondateur ou son représentant légal ; se fait assister par le comptable

              Responsabilité : En tant que membre de l'équipe de direction, l'économe est responsable de la gestion financière et des ressources humaines du collège, ainsi que de la supervision des fonctions administratives et de la direction du personnel de soutien. L'intendant couvre les tâches d'accueil et de soutien administratif en général si besoin y est.

              Reporting to: The owner/Proprietor or his legal representative.

              Responsible for: The Pedagogical, Administrative management of the school in addition to actions that will lead to school improvement and innovations.

              Main purpose

              The Headteacher/Headmistress will:

              • Establish and sustain the school’s values, beliefs, atmosphere and strategic direction with the guidance and support of the school board, presided by the owner, the council of elders.
              • Develop means to increase the pupils number, attract and maintain resourceful staff
              • Establish and oversee systems, processes and policies so the school can operate effectively.
              • Identify problems and barriers to school effectiveness and develop strategies for school improvements and innovations that are realistic, timely and suited to the school’s context.
              • Make sure these school improvement and innovations strategies are effectively implemented
              • Monitor progress towards achieving the school’s aims and objectives
              • Propose a school budget to the school board in the month of august each year.
